     Chicken marinade

Servings   5 chicken breasts
Preptime   5 minutes

1/4 cup - red wine vinegar
1/4 cup - soy sauce
1/4 cup - olive oil
1-1/2 tsp - dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp - dried basil
1/2 tsp - dried oregano
1/4 tsp - garlic powder
1/4 tsp - ground black pepper
5 skinless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients and mix well
Put chicken in a bag or bowl with the marinade. You can allow it to sit overnight and then remove chicken to cook.
If you are short on time, just thrown the chicken and marinade into a pan and cook until the liquid goes away.
