     Marinade for vegetables

Ingredients
3 or 4 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 cup EVOO
1 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbs dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano flakes
1/2 tsp basil flakes
 
inch red pepper flakes

Instructions
Combine in blender until smooth. Marinate mushrooms, onions, carrot sticks, green beans in glass or zip lock for 24 hours or more.
