Instructions |

1.Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl
|

2. Coat pork chop on all sides and place in non
metal dish, with cling wrap, cover, refrigerate 2-3
hours.

3. Smoke at 225 degrees for 50-60 min, internal temp
