     Smoked Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 T brown sugar, packedBS
2 T paprika
2 T garlic powder
1/2 T chili powder
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 T salt
1/2 t ground balck pepper
 
6 pork chops, 3.5 lbs, about 1 inch thick

Instructions
1.Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl
2. Coat pork chop on all sides and place in non metal dish, with cling wrap, cover, refrigerate 2-3 hours.
3. Smoke at 225 degrees for 50-60 min, internal temp 145.
