     90-Second Bread

1 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp finely ground almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 large egg

In 4 inch microwave-safe glass bowl, melt butter in microwave about 20 seconds. Whisk in almond flour and baking powder. Stir in vinegar and egg until combined. Microwave 90 seconds. Let cool for 2 minutes, then remove bread from bowl and cut in half.
