     Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Mushrooms.

2 Tbsp salted butter
4 cloves of garlic finely diced
21 oz mushrooms, washed and dried with paper towel
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup white wine
5 oz jar sundried tomatoes strips in oil
1 -1/2 cup heavey cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups baby spinach washed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tsp. dried Italian herbs
1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Melt the butter and fry the garlic on medium low heat so the garlic doesn't burn. Add the mushrooms and onions. cook a until mushrooms are fragrant. Add the wine, and sundried tomatoe, and Italian herbs. Cook a few minutes. Add the heavy cream Simmer 10 minutes
Add the spinach and parmesean cheese. Cook just until wilted.
Serve over rice or pasta, or eat alone May add chicken but fry it separately, and add the the sauce and Simmer about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. ( I usually put it in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes)
