1 1/2 jars marinated artichokes (15oz), drained save 1 Tbs
1/3 cup pecorino cheese, grated
1/4 cup mayo ( i did a 1/3 portion with yogurt)
1.4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
slice breasts in half, lay on baking sheet. Cover
with mix of 1 Tbs marinade, cheese, salt and mayo.
Top with drained artichokes. Bake 22-25 minutes at
425 ( I let them go a little longer and the
artichokes browned up a bit.
