     Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
MUSHROOMS CAPS WITH STEMS REMOVED AND CLEANED
MEDIUM AND/OR MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE
½ PKG CREAM CHEESE
¼ CUP BANANA PEPPERS DICED TINY.(OPTIONAL)
ROASTED RED PEPPERS SLICED THINLY
1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER ( OR 2-3 CLOVES)
1 CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE SHREDDED
GREEN ONIONS
 

Instructions
Take the sausage out of the casings and fry, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain and set aside. Combine the cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and green onions until mixed well. Add the banana peppers and the Italian Sausage Place in an oven-proof dish. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly about 20 minutes.
UNCLE TERRY’S VERSION- Stuffed Mushrooms can also be made by simply rolling Italian Sausage into tiny balls (keep raw) and placing in the mushroom caps. Cook about 20-30 minutes or until sausage is cooked.
