2 cups water

2 ounces Yuban Instant Coffee

3 1/2 cups sugar
|

Bring water and sugar to a boil, add coffee and cool.

Then add 2 cups of vodka or brandy
|
| |
Pour into clean dark glass bottle over 1/4 - 1/2 vanilla bean.

Age in dark place for one month minimum.
|

Can be doubled for 2 quarts
