Preheat oven to 350. In bowl combine mix, water, 3
eggs, oil, and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.
Beat on low until moistened and then high for 2
minutes.
Pour into 2 round cake pans. Bake according to box
mix.
Frosting In large saucepan combine milk, brown
sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Cook over low
heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add pecans
and coconut. Let cool to room temperature to frost.
Frosting only covers the top and in between 2 cakes,
not sides.
