     Poached Eggs in Oven

Eggs
Butter
Spray oil
Water
 
Instructions
Oven to 350. Prepare muffin tins by buttering, then spraying with oil, then adding 1 Tablespoon water for each egg you want to poach.
Add one egg to each prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven 14 minutes for soft yolk. Bake another five minutes if you want a more firm yolk.
