16 oz smoked gouda, shredded or chopped in food processor
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
Green onion, chopped
Button mushrooms, chopped
Mayo, 1 cup
1 c sour cream
Paprika
Instructions
Fry bacon and chop. Saute green onions and
mushrooms in bacon grade till softened. Add
cheese, cream cheese, bacon, vegs, sour cream,
mayo, pepper and paprika. Square pan. Bake at 400
degrees for 30 minutes till bubbly. Top with some
reserved green onion and bacon.
