     Sweet and Sour Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup white vinegar (no sugar)
1/8 cup sherry vinegar (no sugar)
1 Tbsp. Celery seeds
1 cup Water
1/4 Tsp. of Xanthan Gum
Stevia to Taste
 
Instructions
Blend until smooth and refrigerate. Xanthan gum works to thicken dressing.
