1. Using a mixer with paddle attachment, beat the
butter, brown sugar and white sugar on medium for
2-3 minutes. 2. Add the egg and vanilla and
ontinue beating on medium low. 3. Add the flour,
cornstarch, baking soda and salt and reduce mixing
speed to low. 4. add the chocolate chips and mix
until well blended. 5. Covr dough and
refrigerate 1 - 2 hours. 6. Preheat oven to 350
degrees. 7. Line cookie sheet with parchemt
paper and begin rolling cookie dough into 1 1/2
inch balls (15 to 20 cookies) 8. Bake for 12-12 minutes until edged
begin to brown. 9. Remove from oven and allow to
cool.
