bananas
nut butter
coconut oil
chocolate
 
Instructions
slice bananas. spread nut butter on a banana slice and top with a second slice then freeze for 10 minutes
melt chocolate in coconut oil and then dip the banana sandwich in the melted chocolate. optional sprinkle with salt
VARIATION- Slice banana in half and then slice long way. cover with nut butter and crush nuts drizzle melted chocolate then freeze.
