Ingredients
3 cups almond flour
6 table spoons of coconut oil
4 table spoons of maple syrup
1.5 teaspoon of pink salt
chocolate (semi sweet)
coconut oil
vegan caramel (see recipe)
 

Instructions
mix the first four ingredients with a fork until it becomes a crumb consistency. press down in a small squared pan (9x9) lined with parchment paper. and bake for 15 mins. at 350 degrees. let cool for 20 mins.
after it cools spread a layer of vegan caramel on top. and freeze for 30 mins.
melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a steel bowl on top of a pot half filled with water.
add a layer of melted chocolate. and then return to freezer for 10 mins. After 10 mins. take out and cut to desired size squares.
