1/4 Cup Olive Oil
|
|
Juice from 2 whole Limes
|

3 Large Garlic Cloves
|

1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves (packed tightly)

1/2 tsp Cumin
|
|
1 tsp Chili Powder
|
|
1/3 Cup fresh onion - chopped
|
|
1 1/2 tsp Salt
|
|
1 tsp Sugar
|
|
|
|
Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts (about 3 or 4)
|
|
Pork Chops ( about 4)
|
|
Steak (I like to use Sirloin)

Instructions |
|
|
Place ALL ingredients in a Blender to chop and mix well.
Place meat in plastic bag, add Marinade.
Marinate 2-24 hours.
|

Meat can also be place in a freezer bag with
marinade and frozen for cooking another time.
|
