FILLING- Combine 1 Egg, 1 Egg White, 1 cup Sugar,
2 tsp Lemon Peel, 3 tbs Lemon Juice, 2 tbs Flour,
and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder. Beat at high speed 3
minutes. Pour over hot crust and bake at 350 for 25
minutes until golden brown.

GLAZE- Combine 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar, 1 tbs Skim
Milk, 1/2 tsp Vanilla, and 1/2 tsp shredded Lemon
Peel. Mix thoroughly and drizzle over top. Allow
to cool before cutting. Makes 2 dozen bars.
