     Buttermilk Pancake Batter

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and add to flour mixture. Stir until all ingredients are moistened.
Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Pour about 1/2-3/4 cup batter for each pancake.
