     Icing, Creamy French (Mint base)

Ingredients
2 Tbs Water
4 1/2 Tbs Sugar
2 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup Crisco
1 tsp Vanilla
For Mint Frosting- use Peppermint Extract
 

Instructions
Boil Water and sugar.
Mix confect sugar and egg. Blend this with the water sugar syrup.
Add Crisco and vanilla (or peppermint) For the mint, start with 1/2 tsp and add a little until taste is right.
Beat until creamy.
