Slice crab into bite sized pieces, add onion and
celery. Spritz with lemon. Mix gently.

Sprinkle evenly with spices (except paprika). Add a
bit less mayo than you think you want and stir
gently but thoroughly.

|
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2
hours for flavors to blend. Stir before serving and
garnish with paprika.

|
Vary amounts to suit your taste.
