Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a
small bowl and set aside, Cream butter and brown
sugar together in a large bowl with an electric
mixer 2 - 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla until well blended.
manually stir in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased or
parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a pre-
heated 375-degree f oven until golden brown,
approximately 10 - 12 minutes. Remove to a wire
cooking rack.
