     My Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 Russet Potatoes boiled in skin
6 hard boiled eggs
6 chopped green onions
1 cup mayo
2 T mustard
 
Instructions
Dice potatoes and eggs. Add onions. Mix together the mayo and mustard, then mix all.
