Place chocolate bar, marshmallows and milk in medium
saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Cool to
room temperature.
Fold 1 1/2 cups whipped cream into chocolate
mixture. Spread thin layer of warm fudge over bottom
of crust. Gently spoon chocolate mixture into crust.
Top with remaining 1 cup whipped cream and garnish
with chocolate syrup.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Refrigerate
leftovers.
