Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease small
casserole (equivalent to 8x8)

Mash the banana directly in the baking dish. Top
with oats, chia seeds, and milk. Mix to combine.

|
Sprinkle on the frozen fruit and shredded coconut.
You can mix them into the oats or just leave them
sitting on top.
|
|
|
Bake for 25 minutes until the oatmeal is set. Serve
immediately with a drizzle of maple syrup.
