     Chicken -Honey Soy Thighs

Ingredients
8 Chicken Thighs (Remove skin if desired)
1 TBS. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
3/4 Cup Ketchup
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Honey
3 TBS. Minced Garlic
!/4 Cup finely chopped Onion or 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
 
1/4-1/2 tsp Dried Mustard
1/4 -1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
2 TBS. fresh chopped Parsley - optional

Instructions
Heat Olive Oil in skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper and sear till golden brown. Remove from skillet and place skin side up in crock pot.
In medium size bowl mix all other ingredients except fresh parsley and pour over chicken. Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours until chicken is done and sauce has thickened.
Remove chicken, place on serving dish. Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
