Preheat oven to 375 deg. Grease a 2 quart baking dish with butter.

In a large pot over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic and cook for
about 1 minute. Whisk in flour, one tablespoon at a time, stirring
constantly. Whisk in broth and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper.

Bring this mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat and quickly whisk in 1-
1/3 Cup of cheese blend until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix the gnocchi with chopped chicken and put this into the baking dish. Pour in the
cheese sauce and stir until the gnocchi is completely covered. (You may not need all the cheese
sauce.) Top with more greated cheese.

Bake until cheese is bubbly and golden, about 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with basil.
NOTE- You can double recipe by just doubling the amount of gnocchi and more chicken. There
should be enough cheese sauce to coat two packages.
