Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x 13 pan. Boil noodles
and drain.
In saucepan, add olive oil medium heat. Add onion
and saute 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and stir for 30
seconds. Reduce heat to low. Slowly add evaporated
milk, pepper, and ranch.
Whisk constantly and heat for 5 minutes over low
heat until mixture starts to thicken. Add cream
cheese cubes and mix until smooth.
Pour 3/4 cup of sauce in bottom of pan. Place layer
noodles. Sprinkle half chicken. Sprinkle 1/2 cup
each of mozzarella and cheddar. Drizzle 1 cup sauce.
Repeat layers. Top layer add bacon bits. Cover and
bake 20 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 min.
