Score the chicken breast. Salt and Pepper to taste
on both sides. Dredge in flour. Melt 3 Tablespoons
of butter in skillet. Add chicken, brown on both
sides. Add the rest of the ingredients to create a
glaze. continue until chicken is cooked.
