     Carmelized Onion Aioli

Ingredients
1/4 cup carmelized onions
1/4 cup mayo
1 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
several grinds of black pepper
a few sprigs of curly parsley
 

Instructions
1. Pulse the caramelized onions in your food processor until smooth, perhaps a minute. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for another minute or two, until smooth. 3. Taste and adjust the seasonings 4. Refrigerate in covered dish until ready to use.
