4 c old fashioned rolled oats

1 1/2 cu pecan halves, slightly chopped
|
|
1 tsp sea salt or pink salt
|
|
1/2 tsp cinnamon
|
|
1/2 c maple syrup
|
|
1//2 c olive oil
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|
|
Optional- fried fruit, seeds, cranberrys, etc
|

Mix all except fruit. Add oil and syrup. Stir to completely cover the oaths and nuts. `

|
Spread on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 21 to 24 minutes. Let cool for
|
|
45 minutes. Break up and store in air tight container
|
|
Add fruit after baking.
