Mix 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 pkg grahm
crackers and press into 9x13 baking dish. This is
the crust. Bake at 375 for 7-8 min.
Whip cream cheese until soft. Add powdered sugar and
lemon juice. Spread onto crust. Chill 1 hour.
Add any pie topping or make this strawberry topping-
In a small pot, mix 1 cup water, 1 cup mashed
strawberries, 3 Tbsp corn starch, 3 Tbsp sugar and
boil and then let cool. Spread on top of cheese
cake.
