Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Can also grill
mussels.
Top mussels with 1 ts of cham and scallion oil or
scallions. Bake or grill mussels for 5 to 7 minutes
until the juices start bubbling. Remove mussels and
put them on a plate. Sprinkle on crushed peanuts and
fried shallots.
