     Chicken or Beef Fajita Casserole

Ingredients
2 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp each cumin, salt
1/2 tsp each pepper, paprika
1/4 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, crushed red pepper
1 pound chicken or beef cut in strips
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 pkg frozen peppers and onions
4 oz. cream cheese
 
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Saute meat and spices in olive oil until barely cooked through. Transfer to large bowl. Saute vegetables in the butter about 5-7 minutes or until softened. Transfer to meat bowl. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix together well. Transfer to greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes then broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
NOTE- You can substitute frozen mix with 2-3 fresh bell peppers and 1 onion thinly sliced.
