Brown gowned beef in pan until evenly browned. Drain off grease.
Add onion, one and a half teaspoons cumin and red pepper flakes.
Cook and stir until onion is softened. About five minutes
Pour in chicken broth, soup, and tomatoes. Season with chilli
powder salt and pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes.
Add pinto beans and season with remaining one and a half
teaspoons cumin and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 30 more
minutes.
