     Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 Tbsp kimchi juice
1Tbsp gochujang
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
cooking oil
1 cup Kimchi, chopped
185g canned tuna
2 cups cooked rice
50g canned corn
 
1 Tbsp sesame oil
green onions, nori, sesame seeds, fried egg (garnish)

Instructions
Mix kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl, until combined.
Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add oil, and fry kimchi until soft. Add tuna and combine.
Add rice and seasoning sauce, mix thoroughly.
Add corn and sesame oil. Plate with selected garnishes.
