1Tbsp gochujang
|

1/2 Tbsp soy sauce

1/2 Tbsp brown sugar

cooking oil

1 cup Kimchi, chopped

185g canned tuna
|

2 cups cooked rice
|
|
50g canned corn
|

1 Tbsp sesame oil
|
|
green onions, nori, sesame seeds, fried egg (garnish)

Instructions |
|
|
Mix kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce and sugar in
a small bowl, until combined.
|

|
Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add oil, and
fry kimchi until soft. Add tuna and combine.
|
|
|
Add rice and seasoning sauce, mix thoroughly.
|
|
|
Add corn and sesame oil. Plate with selected
garnishes.
