     WW Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1/2 diced white onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can black beans
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp taco sauce
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
 
1/3 cup green onions
Instructions
Saute meat, beans, onions, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and corn on medium heat until meat is brown.
Spoon half meat mixture in dish. Top with thin layer of sour cream and then sprinkle cheese. Repeat and cover with cheese.
Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Top with tomatoes and oniona.
