     Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients
3 lb whole chicken
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Ground Rosemary
1/2 Tbs Thyme
1/4 Tbs Ground Pepper
1 stick of butter
 

Instructions
Wash chicken and pat dry. Secure legs and wings with Twine. Rub ingredients on dry bird and put on rotisserie.
Heat grill to high, once heated put chicken on spit for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low-medium and cook until internal temp is 180 degrees.
During cooking baste with butter and rub mixture.
