     Crockpot Chicken Dumpling Soup

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 (23.5oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 (14.5oz) cans chicken broth
1 (12oz) bag carrot chips
1 bundle celery, sliced thinly
1 (16.3oz) can buttermilk biscuits
garlic salt- to taste

Instructions
Combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in the crock pot. Season the chicken with garlic salt and place it in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked. Shred the chicken with forks and place it back in the slow cooker.
Add the carrots and sliced celery, and season the soup to taste with preferred seasoning. When the carrots are soft, take the biscuits out of the can, pull them apart and roll them into whatever size dumplings you prefer. Add the dumplings to the soup, submerge them, and cook until the dumplings are cooked through, approximately 30-45 minutes.
