     APPLE CIDER SIDECAR

Ingredients
2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces cognac (such as Hennessey)
1 ounce Cointreau
Splash fresh lemon juice
Lemon peel and Luxardo cherry - (or brandied cherry)
 
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients (except for the garnish) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and a cherry.
