     Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
1 jar (26-28 oz) pasta sauce
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
9 no boil lasagna noodles (from 9 oz box)
1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
Mozzarella cheese - either 3 c. Shredded OR 2 c. Shredded and 8 oz fresh (sliced)
1-4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Can use a slow cooker or a 9x13 pan. If using 9x13 pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet cook beef, breaking but up as it cooks, until it is thoroughly cooked. Drain the juice.
Spray slow cooker or pan with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 of pasta sauce in bottom of cooker/pan. Stir remaining pasta sauce and tomato sauce into the cooked beef.
Layer 3 noodles over the pasta sauce, breaking noodles up if needed. Spread 1/3 of Alfredo sauce over noodles evenly. Sprinkle 1/3 of mozzarella cheese over Alfredo sauce. Spread 1/3 of meat mixture over mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times. If using fresh mozzarella, use it in the middle layer.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of last layer. Cook as directed below. Slow cooker - cook on low 3 1/2- 4 hours Oven (9x13 pan) - bake at 350 for 1 hour.
