Set yourop Instant Pot to Saute and preheat. Then
add potatoes and onions for 2-3 minutes. Add
scallions and garlic for 2-3 minutes

Add half the spinach and allow to wilt (2 minutees)
and stir in 2 cups of broth. Once combined, repeat
the process with the remaining spinach and broth.

|
Once combined and heated through. Secure the lid for
pressure cooking. You'll cancel the SAUTE and then
choose pressure cook for 12 minutes.

|
After 12 minutes under pressure cooking, manually
release the steam (carefully) and then use an
immersion blender to blend all veggies together.
Finish with cream and chicken.
