Preheat oven to 275 F. Line a baking sheet with
parchment.
Combine oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.

Combine oil, maple syrup and remaining spices in a
small bowl. Mix/whisk to combine.
Pour liquid/spice mixture over the oat mixture. Mix
well to coat the oats evenly.

|
|
Spread the mixture in one even layer on the prepared
baking sheet and bake at 275F for 55-65 minutes
until golden brown, stirring every 15-20 minutes so
it bakes evenly.

|
Let it cool completely and store it in a cool, dry
place.
