     Knoephla soup

Ingredients
2-3 Chicken Breasts
3/4 pot of water
Pickling Spice (1 tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
8-12 slices of Velveeta cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken
1 small onion
1 frozen bag of knoephla
 

Instructions
Combine water, pickling spice (in a tea tin), chicken and salt and pepper. Let it simmer all afternoon until chicken is tender to shred. Take chicken out and shred. Place chicken back into water, remove pickling spice. Add Velveeta cheese, cream of chicken and knoelpha. Serve when knoephla is plump.
