     Cranberry Chutney!

Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup raisins
8 dried black mission figs, cut into eighths
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

Instructions
All all ingredients (EXCEPT walnuts) to a medium pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the chutney thickens some.
Remove from the heat, stir in the nuts. Let cool slightly before serving.
