|
Add all ingredients EXCEPT Hominy and Salt to slow
cooker. Stew on high for 2-3 hours until pork is
tender
|

|
Add hominy and salt, cook for 1 hour on low
uncovered.
|
|
|
OPTION- Before adding hominy, you can pick out the
chiles when they are fully rehydrated and scrape the
pulp and discard the skin.

Add red chile sauce to each bowl and warm corn tortillas on the side.
