1 T dried thyme
1T ground cumin
1 T ground coriander
1 T toasted sesame seeds ground after toasting
1 T ground sumac
1/2 t salt
1/4 t sweet Hungarian paprika
1/8 t ground cayenne pepper
 
Instructions
Mix well and store in glass jar.
