Ingredients
1 1/5 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla
1/2 teas salt
FROSTING-
cream 1/3 cup butter
blend in 6 oz cream cheese
 
add 1 box powdered sugar
alternately with 4 tsp milk
add 1/2 teasp vanilla
Instructions
dough- mix all ingredients until putty like dough is reduced. Remove from mixer and cut into 24 equal pieces. Put 1 piece in each cutout. Bake at 350 8 - 10 min until edges are brown
Frosting colors- Brown deer, tree trunk (use cocoa) Gold star, tree ornaments, bell (3 yellow drops and dab of brown) Green tree Red santa, dear nose, tree ornaments Black Santa belt, boot bottom stained glass lead Silver bell White santa beard and trim, boot trim Black= 2 blue, 2 red, 1 green Brown= 2 red, 2 yellow, 1 green
