1. Add miso, mayo, and honey to jar. Use a fork to
stir until combined.
2. Add vinegar and salt, cover jar with lid, and
shake until smooth.
3. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, recover with lid, and
shake until combined.
4. Add remaining 1/4 cup olive oil, recover with
lid, and shake until combined.
4. Add veggie oil and shake until dressing is smooth
and slightly thickened.
5. Combine veggies in a large bowl.
6. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat
salad with dressing.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
