Start melting butter while chopping onion and
peppers. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the butter.
Smush onions and peppers in food processor. Add to
butter. Stir on low heat. Sift flour over mixture
to make dough like substance. Add milk to make
creamy. Add to corn when mixture begins to bubble.
Pour into 9x13 pan.
Crust Topping
Put 1/2 stick butter in small pan. Grate saltine
crackers very thin. Put saltines in with butter
and stir. Spread crust mixture over top. Sprinkle
with Paprika. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
