Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut peppers in half and
arrange in a lightly greased baking dish, cut side
up.
In large bowl, combine chicken, mayo, hot sauce,
garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and
green onions. Fill pepper halves with mixture.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake stuffed peppers
for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20
minutes or until peppers are tender and stuffing is
bubbling and slightly browned.
Top with a drizzle of ranch dressing and extra green
onions if desired.
